They focus their efforts on a variety of commercial work such as office buildings, schools, storage facilities, retail projects, banks, etc. They have a significant backlog of projects and are hoping to add another Estimator to their team.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Experience estimating large projects of at least $5 million
• Knowledge of negotiated, design build, conceptual delivery methods
• Prior experience estimating office, retail, education, hospitality, or other commercial work
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
