• 3+ years of experience operating excavation equipment (bonus points for curb work).
• A knack for fine grading and an eye for slope, drainage, and alignment.
• Blueprint fluency and grade stake literacy.
• A commitment to safety and precision.
• A valid drivers license (CDL? Even better).
