Job Description:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Framer to join our production team. Youll work behind the scenes to assemble and build custom music awards following the specifications and designs created by our in-house designer. This is a hands-on, non-sales role focused entirely on high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Build and assemble custom frames for rockstar and corporate awards

Follow exact specifications and layouts from our design team

Mount record components, nameplates, photos, and other elements with precision

Maintain clean and organized workspace

Assist with packaging completed awards for shipment, as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with framing, woodworking, or similar hands-on production work preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable using basic hand tools and working in a creative studio/shop environment

Schedule:

Part-time: 1020 hours per week
