We are looking to add an HVAC/R Project Coordinator. This position will use their technical abilities to support Project Management work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working in conjunction with Project Management to determine project scope of supply as it pertains to project documents. Facilitates project meetings and finalizes scheduling.

• Assists PM team with purchasing and tracking of materials and equipment. Procures services to fulfill contract obligations. Distributes and maintains delivery logs. Writes purchase orders as needed.

• Coordinates permits and other project documents. Organizes and maintains project documents. May assist with coordinating and organizing project estimates.

• Works with PM team to ensure timely and accurate invoices, labor feedback updates and forecasts.

• Interacts with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

• HVAC/R industry experience a plus
• Solid computer skills
• Exposure to project management, estimating or procurement preferred
• Strong attention to detail
