The role will drive the development and execution of the commercial go to market strategy and will be accountable for delivering sustainable top line growth and margin expansion to the business with new and existing customers. The role will work collaboratively with the marketing, culinary and RD&A teams to bring innovation and improved solutions to customers.Key responsibilities

Lead commercial activities and strategies for a segment of Dairy & Plant-Based Dairy customers. These include emerging brands, medium CPG and co-manufacturers.

Own customer's sales P&L and ensure profitability through strong financial management and account planning.

Lead in the development of customer specific annual budgeting & 5-year growth forecasts.

Delivery against budget objectives and executing against appropriate actions to achieve and/or exceed sales budget targets.

Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements to drive sustainable growth.

Build lasting and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams through each one of the customers.

Deliver on a pipeline of sustainable growth through a deep understanding of customers and their business strategies, their functional requirements and delivery of a business review process and framework for driving Customer Experience & Satisfaction.

Proactively gather information related to commercial projects and manage challenges like competition, service issues, and market shifts.

Responsible for the overall accuracy of the customer demand plan and its impact on driving improved supply chain and operations.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Food Science, Chemistry, or related.

5+ year's experience selling Ingredients, Flavors and/or Enzymes to the dairy & plant based dairy industry. Prior experience in the NJ, NY & PA area is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Salesforce.

Experience with building deep customer relationships and strategic plans to formulate customer activation strategies and turn them into actionable plans and results.

Demonstrated effective communication skills.

Comfortable with 60% travel.

Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $123,859 to $191,303 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
