Job Description

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Commercial Electricians and Construction Laborers/Helpers for an ongoing commercial project in Hardeeville, South Carolina. The site is active and fast-paced, with immediate needs for skilled electricians and dependable helpers to support conduit runs, wire pulls, fixture installation, site prep, and general labor tasks.

Please note:

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. If you do not have commercial experience, please do not apply.

Electricians - Job Responsibilities:

• Run EMT and/or rigid conduit per layout
• Pull wire to spec
• Install fixtures, devices, and panels
• Read blueprints and follow foreman direction
• Maintain safe, clean work practices

Electricians - Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Basic hand tools, power tools, and full PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• OSHA 10 a plus

Construction Laborers/Helpers - Job Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians and trades on site
• Move materials, clean work areas, and support install crews
• Help prep conduit, hang fixtures, and load/unload tools
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned

Laborers/Helpers - Requirements:

• Some construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Full PPE and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active all day
• Must pass drug screen and background check
