Now Hiring: Experienced Electricians - Shelbyville, IN (Factory Revamp Project)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced electricians for a factory revamp project in Shelbyville, Indiana. This role requires a strong background in low voltage systems, control cabinet work, and conduit bending. Candidates must be English speaking and capable of working independently on high-precision tasks.

Please Note:

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and qualified electricians will be considered.

Job Details:

• Location: Shelbyville, IN
• Project Type: Factory equipment upgrade and electrical revamp

Scope of Work:

• Move, mark, and extend low voltage and control cables
• Temporarily relocate control cabinets (approx. 2 feet)
• Bend and install conduit accurately
• Assist with revamping and installing new equipment connections
• Read and follow blueprints and layout drawings
• Communicate effectively with team and site leadership

Requirements:

• Experience with low voltage wiring and control cabinet work
• Skilled in bending and installing EMT conduit
• Must be able to set up temporary control cabinet positions
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Must have own tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite safety
