Job Description:
Staff Zone is seeking experienced Journeyman Brick Layers/Masons for immediate work on commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Candidates must have demonstrated skills in laying brick, block, and stone with precision and efficiency. This is a full-time position with consistent work for dependable and skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tile, and other masonry materials to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures

• Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation

• Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and finish materials as needed

• Read blueprints, drawings, and plans to calculate materials required

• Ensure structures meet safety standards and are level, plumb, and properly aligned

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements:

• Must be a skilled Journeyman with experience in brick laying/masonry work

• Must pass a criminal background check covering the past 10 years

• Must possess a valid, updated REAL ID-compliant Driver’s License or State ID (issued May 7, 2025 or later)

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Safety gear and work boots required
