Required Qualifications:
5+ years of internal or firm-based management consulting (strategy, business and operations
focused, with enabling technology) experience.
5+ years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience in two or more manufacture areas
(design, build, sell or support)
5+ years of practical industry functional operational experience (OpEx/continuous improvement
implementation) in factories, including warehouse, production, and distribution performance
metrics, KPI development, shopfloor TPM/IWS deployment, OEE/MTBF/C/O analytics,
integration of smart factory tools/solutions, and knowledge of workforce readiness programs.
5+ years of experience in the functional capabilities of enterprise packages (SAP, Salesforce,
Oracle, etc.)
3+ years of working with Microsoft Office Product Suite including Teams, Project & Visio
Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The
starting pay range for this remote role is $108,000.00- 220,000.00 This range reflects the minimum and
maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend
on a number of factors, including the candidates actual work location, relevant experience, technical
skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company
performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an
employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and
long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with
