Mechanical Construction Coordinator

A Mechanical Construction Coordinator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization near Lexington, KY. The Mechanical Construction Coordinator will oversee the startup, commissioning, and quality assurance of mechanical building systems. This role involves working with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will manage inspections, coordinate construction activities, and support administrative functions related to mechanical system installations.

Candidates should have experience in mechanical system commissioning, construction administration, and contractor coordination. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures, and industry codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE) is required. The ability to effectively communicate technical matters and manage multiple project commitments is essential.

• Facilitate mechanical system startups, commissioning, and inspections.
