Lead, direct, plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee all activities of the facilities maintenance team in a manner that ensures a high-performing, high quality staff, and department function. This role will develop and communicate appropriate expectations for the facilities maintenance team and its members. As well, the position will develop and implement metrics for individual and team accountability and performance.   • Pay Range: $ $60,400 - 75,400
  • Schedule: 8AM 5:00 PM
What Youll Do: Develop and maintain a customer-driven, and customer focused facility.
Maintain maintenance culture through its staff, systems, programs, processes and practices
Evaluate CJL facilities systems and equipment to determine and make recommendations for
continuous improvement and cost effective maintenance.
Information & System Management
Ownership of all racking systems projects, which includes specifications, permitting, quantity and
quality, vendor management, ability to source new and used systems, installation management,
and post project analysis.
People Leadership
Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with all levels of staff, management, vendors,
tenants, and other facility maintenance resources within and outside of the organization.
Schedule, manage, and perform preventative maintenance on building electrical and HVAC
systems as well as dock levelers, dock doors, fire pumps, and all other building equipment as
needed.
Additional job duties as assigned What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree is preferred
3-5 years of experience in facility management
Demonstrated knowledge of all building systems, i.e., Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork
Emphasis on safety is extremely important
PC Experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) experience preferred
Basic math and reading skills necessary
Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
