Description
Be a key part of our team at Beso Del Sol Resort, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our beautiful waterfront property, with a focus on maintaining the facilities and guest rooms to the highest standards.

• General Maintenance duties and tasks.
• Light plumbing work including, but not limited to repairing faucets, installing new faucets, fixing leaking drains, and installing toilets.
• Light electrical work including, but not limited to replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, replacing switches and outlets, and installing garage door openers
• Drywall repair and replacement
• General appliance knowledge and familiarity
• Painting and detailing
• Tile and grout work
• Perform errands and special projects as requested
• Seasonal preventative maintenance
• Seasonal cleanup, including, but not limited to: gutter clean out, leaf pickup, power washing, and some landscaping.
• Observe established policies and procedures
• Ensure safety and security of property
• Various other duties, as assigned

• 3+ years of handyman experience

• Some experience working in vacation or condominium rental ideal
