Journeyman Electrician

Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various electrical systems and settings, from commercial to industrial environments.

Experience
- Journeyman/Journeywoman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Proficiency in logic controllers and understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience working as a commercial or industrial electrician
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in the trade
- Previous work on construction sites is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform regular inspections to identify defects and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Utilize hand tools and testing instruments such as voltmeters and ohmmeters
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure efficient electrical installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
