Job Description
Fabricator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Fabricator for a company based in Decatur, AL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible helping the staff in the warehouse with general duties as well as fabricating materials. Fabrication experience is preferred.
Pay Rate
$ 15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday , 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize small hand tools and grinders to perform various tasks.
Prepare metal surfaces for fabrication, welding, painting or shipping by scraping, applying abrasives or using solvent baths.
Collect and dispose of scrap materials to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Operate cranes and forklifts to attach and relocate workpieces safely and effectively.
Fabricator Qualifications and Requirements
Fabrication experience is preferred.
Background check and drug screen are required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Must have experience in operating forklifts and cranes.
