Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new industrial projects from concept through bid

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals

• Collaborate with project teams, subs, and vendors during preconstruction

• Maintain cost databases and ensure accuracy in pricing

• Support value engineering and project budgeting efforts

Requirements:

• Estimating experience with ground-up industrial projects

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

• Proficient in estimating and takeoff software

• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
