About the Role
An established heavy industrial facility in Northern New York is hiring an experienced Millwright for hands-on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Located within commuting distance of Watertown, Ogdensburg, or Potsdam. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for candidates who want to contribute meaningfully and grow with a stable operation.
What Youll Do
Maintain and troubleshoot cone and jaw crushers, screens, conveyor belts, drive units
Rebuild and service industrial slurry pumps
Perform welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting as needed
Keep accurate maintenance records and support ongoing production operations
Occasionally work beyond standard hours for urgent troubleshooting
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
Familiarity with rod and ball milling
Solid mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Strong hands-on skills with tools, welding equipment, and diagnostics
Physical ability to lift/move heavy machinery
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
