Structural Engineer

A multi-discipline engineering service provider in Indianapolis is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team. This role is great for someone with the right background. Hybrid POSITION

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis from an NCEES accredited university program
• EIT or PE
• 3-10 years of experience
• Experience in structural systems, design of buildings in Indy, steel, masonry structures, , shallow/deep foundations, and construction practices
• Knowledge of Structural programs
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Position Details:

• Develop calculations for safe, economical, and prudent solution of structural design of structures.
• Provide high level of discipline and department technical expertise associated with project work.
• Review/check engineering designs, drawings and other projects documents related to structural department.
• Certify designs and drawings as required
• Maintain and upgrade standards and procedures for structural department
• Interact with other department managers, clients, and contractors.

Structural Engineer Compensation: (Not limited to)

• $100-145k base compensation (Negotiable depending upon experience and technical skill set)

• PTO (Holidays off)
• Bonuses from 3k-15k
