We are seeking a strategic and systems-minded Business Architect to join our team! The Business Architect is a pivotal role that focuses on designing and overseeing the transformation of our organization by developing a holistic view of our business capabilities, value streams, and processes, ensuring alignment with our company strategy, and guiding the implementation of new initiatives through business architecture models and frameworks; effectively bridging the gap between business strategy and operational execution, as well as aligning our operational processes to our ERP system and tech stack. This role will serve as bridge between business functions and technical teams, ensuring our IT platform is designed and implemented to support real-world operational workflows, data flows, and business goals across the enterprise.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Strategic Planning and Management: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications to ensure alignment with the organizations goals and objectives. This involves collaborating with senior management to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
