Experienced Bobcat and Excavator Operator

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong background in operating Bobcat machinery and excavators. This role is essential to supporting our construction and site preparation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, adhering to project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders and various sizes of excavators with precision and care.
Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation tasks as needed.
Read and interpret project plans and instructions to determine work requirements.
Conduct pre-operational inspections on all equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures and protocols on-site.
Collaborate with crew members, site supervisors, and other contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with general labor duties as required when not operating machinery.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience.
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in varying weather and site conditions.
Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
