Experienced Insulation Installer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Insulation Installer with hands-on experience in residential or commercial insulation applications. The ideal candidate will be familiar with various insulation materials and installation methods and will prioritize quality, safety, and efficiency on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Install a variety of insulation materials, including fiberglass batts, spray foam, blown-in cellulose, rigid board, fireproofing cementicius and pipe insulation, depending on project requirements.
Measure and cut insulation to fit around pipes, ductwork, walls, and other structures.
Seal gaps and ensure complete coverage to meet thermal or soundproofing standards.
Load, unload, and organize insulation materials at job sites.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Use hand tools, power tools, and personal protective equipment appropriately.
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 12 years of professional insulation experience.
* Familiarity with multiple insulation types and application techniques.
* Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
