Painter/Jack of all trades needed

Were looking for an experienced worker who is familiar with maintenance and construction type of work, and is proficient in painting. Someone with at least five years in the trades is preferable. We maintain HOAs for a few different high-end neighborhoods, as well as doing medium to large scale paint jobs and bathroom remodels. We do everything from Painting crosswalk lines to installing stop signs, mailboxes, and we repair all kinds of things, so if you have experience doing it all and doing it well, this is the job for you.
- You must have a clean appearance (work uniform shirts and hats are issued upon accepting employment)
- Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Can work with other technicians on best practices in maintenance and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- You must have your own transportation with a valid drivers license - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS

The work that we do tends to be different from week to week as we are always working on different types of work orders, so its pretty rare that we get bored of a job from being there too long or from doing the same thing over and over. We keep a respectful job site. No profanity or vulgar language is allowed. Our customers and residents are often close by.
