ResourceMFG is now hiring Machine Operators for a Cabinet Building business in Rittman OH! Shift: 1st 6:30am-5:30pm Monday- Friday Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 based on experience Essentials Duties: Build, assemble, and install custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and other projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately using various tools and machines. Ensure quality control of finished products. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members. Perform repairs and adjustments to existing cabinets as needed. Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, finishes, and hardware. Ability to work with a variety of materials, including wood, MDF, plywood, and laminate.
