• Compensation: Total earnings range from $80,000 to $120,000, with potential for higher offers for exceptional candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction Electrical Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial, medical, design-build, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects
• Extensive expertise in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
• Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and securing projects
• Ability to manage a profitable portfolio
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and other estimating software
• Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
• College degree preferred, but not required
