HVAC Mechanic

Position#Summary To maintain and repair all heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment throughout the facility. Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Install, repair, and maintain environmental systems throughout the hospital. 2. Repair and maintain all refrigerators and freezers throughout the facility. 3. Monitor building automation system and respond to requests for changes and alarms. 4. Repair all chilled water, hot water, and steam lines servicing all environmental equipment. 5. Make repairs based on work orders generated from dispatch according to priority. 6. Advise Supervisor of parts/stock needed in order to make necessary repairs.
