Project Manager - Web Development

We are looking for a Project Manager (Web Development) for a top entertainment company in NYC! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Web Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web technologies, project management methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of web development projects, from initiation to launch.
  • Plan, prioritize, and track project tasks and milestones using Asana. (Cloud-based project management platform)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, content, UX) and external vendors or clients.
  • Maintain and update Asana dashboards to ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress, blockers, and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design standards.
  • Assist with the production of virtual sales events including managing show assets, schedules, attendees and vendors.
  • Support Senior Manager and Creative Studios Director in activities such as workflow management, tracking event timelines, metrics and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Design, UX/UI Development, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital/web projects.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, javaScript, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web hosting environments.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe and/or Google Analytics)
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.
