Pay:
Carpenters: $18 - $28 per hour
Carpenter Foremen: $30 - $45 per hour

Position 1: Carpenter ($18 - $28/hr)
Job Purpose:
Carpenters perform a wide range of tasks essential to building construction, including erecting wood and steel frameworks, building concrete forms, installing drywall, flooring, ceilings, trim, and interior systems. The role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, as finish work is highly visible.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow directions from Carpenter Foremen and Supervisors
Work independently and efficiently
Perform quality craftsmanship in framing, finish carpentry, and installations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Solve basic math problems related to carpentry
Assist Foremen & Supervisors as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the trade
Proficiency with carpentry tools and techniques
Ability to lift, climb, balance, kneel, and work in various environments
Willingness to learn and advance in the trade
Advancement Potential: Carpenters who show leadership and craftsmanship may be promoted to Carpenter Foreman.

A Carpenter Foreman supervises and coordinates the work of a crew while performing hands-on carpentry tasks. This role requires a strong leader who ensures efficiency, safety, and quality in all aspects of the job.

Plan materials, equipment, and time requirements
Assign tasks and oversee job progress
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
Train and develop carpentry staff on-site
Evaluate staff performance and assist in reviews
Maintain inventory, request supplies, and manage company equipment
Ensure customer property is protected and job sites remain clean
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years in the trade with leadership experience
Strong technical carpentry skills with the ability to manage a team
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
