- Coordinate RFIs and submittals from contractors to appropriate departments.
- Review submissions and RFIs for readiness before team assessment.
- Distribute reviewed documents to correct team members.
- Oversee specifications and manage contract documents.
- Experience in project coordination and construction administration.
- Familiarity with contract documents.
- Ability to manage RFIs and submittals effectively.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Experience from a general contractor or architecture firm as a project coordinator or construction administration specialist.
- Knowledge of project management software such as Procore and Trimble is a plus.
- Willingness to be trained on project management software.
