Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator familiar with construction administration or architectural project coordination. The role involves coordinating RFIs and submittals from contractors through various software to the appropriate departments for review. You will be responsible for reviewing submissions and RFIs, ensuring they are ready for team assessment, and distributing them to the correct team members. Project assignments will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate RFIs and submittals from contractors to appropriate departments.
  • Review submissions and RFIs for readiness before team assessment.
  • Distribute reviewed documents to correct team members.
  • Oversee specifications and manage contract documents.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in project coordination and construction administration.
  • Familiarity with contract documents.
  • Ability to manage RFIs and submittals effectively.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Experience from a general contractor or architecture firm as a project coordinator or construction administration specialist.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Procore and Trimble is a plus.
  • Willingness to be trained on project management software.
Work Environment

This is a temporary, in-office role for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The position involves working 24 hours per week from June through September. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring effective communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $32.00/hr.
