Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the school.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and address any facility-related issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
  • Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and HVAC system regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
