Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Position Overview: The largest Denver based Architectural Products and Skylight manufacturer is looking for an energetic and teachable Skylight Fabricator / Assembler. This position in primarily responsible for fabricating / assembling structural glass, plastic, and aluminum skylights for commercial and residential projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Prep material for curb mount, structural glass, and aluminum skylights per customer specifications
Assist in assembly curb mount, structural glass, and aluminum skylights per customer specifications
Works closely with production leads and trainers to learn and become knowledgeable and proficient in prep and assembly of
custom build skylights
Works with production team to complete projects on time
Palletize, transport, and stage final product
Occasional transportation of materials and products to other building or paint shop
Operate forklift as needed
Assist with will call orders
Follow and assist in enforcing company safety policies
Non-Essential Functions and Job Duties:
Perform other duties as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong work ethic and teachable

Ability to retain and learn quickly
Detailed, team oriented, and quality focused
Thrives in environment with great communication, collaboration, and teamwork
Active listener
Ability to read a tape measure and adequate with hand tools (i.e. miter saw, grinder, table saw, drill press)
Flexible may need to rotate to other areas when directed
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum high school education
Valid Colorado Drivers License and insurability under affiliate automobile insurance policy if driving company vehicles
Other Physical Requirements
Requires standing, sitting and walking for long periods of time daily
May require lifting, pushing and pulling 75 pounds periodically to frequently
