Your Mission: Build to last, Optimize to deliver, and Scale to impact.
As our Operations Manager, you will take the wheel on service delivery, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Youll work directly with the CEO to transform our operations into a well-oiled machine, capable of scaling 3X+ over the next 3 years.
What Youll Own
Operational Systems: Optimize scheduling, labor efficiency, and service execution using Jobber, HubSpot, and AI-driven automation.
Team Performance: Manage, train, and develop crews to execute at a world-class level while maintaining gross margins of 65%+.
Scaling Strategy: Build processes that allow us to double service capacity without doubling headcount.
Quality & Customer Retention: Ensure we are the most reliable, proactive commercial landscape company in Denver.
Profitability & Efficiency: Improve gross margins, eliminate waste, and increase net profit beyond 15%.
What We Offer
Base Salary: $85K$100K
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $25K based on efficiency, profitability, and client retention metrics.
Company Vehicle Allowance
Growth Track to COO as we scale past $5M in revenue.
