About the Role
Were seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team as the sole field technician. This is a unique opportunity to take on operation of the HVAC service departmentperforming diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
If you enjoy autonomy and working independently in the field, take pride in your work, and prefer a focused, self-managed role without the hassle of supervising a teamthis position is for you.
Based in Downtown Puyallup, we service residential clients throughout the Puget Sound area and pride ourselves on delivering top-tier workmanship and customer service.
What Youll Do
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems (heat pumps, mini-splits, gas furnaces, etc.)
Serve as the companys lead and only technicianhandling all service-related tasks.
Troubleshoot system issues and communicate clearly with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the companys quality standards.
Communicate directly with management to give input on tools, scheduling, training needs, and process improvements.
Represent the company professionally in the field.
Document service calls and maintain daily communication with dispatch.
Participate in regular team meetings and training.
Maintain clean work environments and complete jobs according to company standards.

Working knowledge of:

Mini Split/Ductless systems
Gas Furnaces and electrical components

Refrigerant pressure testing and system start-up
Physically able to lift 30+lbs and access/work in crawl spaces and attics
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
EPA Certification required
Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, ability to pass background/drug screening
