Hiring HVAC Lead Installers

Family owned and operated hvac business seeking experienced lead HVAC installers for residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning system installations.

Must be able to install split systems, package units, ducting, mini splits, mobile home furnaces and coils, relocate AC units, ability to make custom sheet metal transitions, a good understanding of local codes.

Company vehicle and credit card for gas and supply house materials provided to the right candidate with a clean driving record. We also provide company shirts, hats, tool accounts and certain paid holidays.

We offer hourly pay structures or peace rate.

Hourly rates range from: $30-$40 hourly

Flat rate example: We pay the helper hourly and the lead makes the flat rate amounts listed below.

Condenser only - $200

Condenser and coil (closet or garage platform) - $400

Condenser and coil in attic - $450

Furnace coil and condenser (closet or garage platform) - $500

Furnace coil and condenser in attic - $600

Ducting - $35 per run.

Relocate AC - $100-$400 depending on difficulty.

Mini split 1 zone - $300
Mini split 2 zone - $400
Mini split 3 zone - $500
