Foreman / Journeyman Electrician Night Shift (Commercial Projects)

Schedule: Night Shift (Typically 10:00 PM 6:00 AM)
Compensation: Competitive Pay (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities

Company Overview:
We are a fast-paced, growing electrical contractor specializing in commercial remodels and tenant improvements. Were currently hiring an experienced Foreman or Journeyman Electricians to take the lead on night shift operations for an active commercial remodel project.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing a small crew, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring all work meets code, quality standards, and deadlines. This position requires strong communication, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a night work environment.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew of electricians and apprentices during night shifts
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans
Manage installation of conduit, wiring, fixtures, and devices
Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and site management
Conduct job site walkthroughs and inspections
Maintain materials inventory and ensure proper tool use and care
Document progress and report to the project manager regularly

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
Prior leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Must be able to work independently and manage a team
