Were seeking a skilled, dependable Finish Carpenter for high-end residential projects in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and occasionally Carpinteria.

Duties:
- Install Trim, Crown Molding, Baseboards, Stairs, Decking, etc.
- Install Doors and Windows
- Flashing, siding, and general millwork
- Read blueprints and follow specs
- Own and able to use hand/power tools and set up ladders or scaffolding
- Collaborate with team and follow safety protocols

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience or carpentry training
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot
- Can lift heavy materials and work in tight/high spaces
- Own personal protective equipment and tools preferred
