About the Role:
XL Pro staffing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This role is integral to the preparation and assembly of piping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding. (*Recent Graduates are welcome to apply*)

Pay Rate - $16.75

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding to assemble piping systems for fire sprinkler installations, ensuring all welds meet industry standards and specifications.
- Prepare materials and surfaces for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting pipes.
- Inspect welds and piping systems for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding.

- Must be bi-lingual
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Stand for long periods and work in various positions.
- Pass background check of 7 years.
