General Laborer

Just Pots is hiring a dependable General Laborer to support our operations. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has mechanical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in shipping/logistics and enjoy helping customers, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:
Load/unload materials and perform general site cleanup
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Support deliveries and on-site installations
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Assist team members and supervisors as needed

What Were Looking For:
Experience in general labor, logistics, or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Forklift experience or certification is a plus
