Farm Worker Equipment Operator & Mechanic (CDL a plus)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Farm Worker to join our operation. This position involves a mix of hands-on farm labor, equipment operation, and mechanical maintenance. Welding skills and a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) are strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Limited heavy equipment operation
Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on machinery and implements
Assist with Fabrication of Equipment or Equipment Improvements
Conduct basic and intermediate welding repairs
Assist with planting, cultivating, harvesting, and general field work
Maintain irrigation systems and related infrastructure
Haul crops as needed (CDL preferred)
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Flexibility of both schedule and job duties
Be prepared to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends during our peak seasons of planting, fertilizing, and harvest.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous farm or agricultural experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment repair skills
Welding experience
CDL (Commercial Drivers License) or ability to obtain one
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to take instruction
Ability to use applications to track your work, keep records, and communicate
Must have a current Drivers License
