Job Description
We are an established tile and stone installation business (25 years). We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team. We stay busy all year long. Currently, we have excessive work and are booked out for a year. We specialize in high-end residential only and occasional commercial projects. We have excellent benefits and compensation. We have all the necessary tools needed.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED tile and stone installers who are familiar with doing mudwork (dry pack) as well as have experience working with stone tiles. We hope to find individuals who are familiar with traditional tile installation methods as well as have experience working with newer methods (Schluter, etc).
Applicants must have an eye for detail, be able to show up to work 5 days a week during working hours. Applicant must have a vehicle and hand tools. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others. Must be able to follow instructions and be hardworking and highly motivated. Applicant must be willing to take a drug screen (hard drugs) if needed. Applicant must be willing to have a background check if deemed necessary. We are looking for an individual who will leave drama off the job site. Must be able to lift heavy items as needed. *Must be able to follow instructions.
Currently, we are working on extensive exterior flatwork (under cover), and we need individuals who are willing to work on an exterior application as well as interior later. We are prepared to start the right applicant to start immediately.
