We are primarily a commercial construction site development company with a small percentage of our work in residential. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee quality control and safety measures
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Construction Management
• Project Management Professional
• Quality Control
• Business Development
• Read and follow blue prints 
• Proficient in English. 
• Heavy Equipment operation 
• Clean driving record
