GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This employee will be responsible for the plumbing repairs at the University. Those duties include but not limited to repair or replacement of all plumbing fixtures, flush valves, water piping, sewer piping, sewer pipe cleanout and other support duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Repair flush valves and bathroom fixtures
2. Perform preventive maintenance on sewer systems
3. Repair of building plumbing systems (piping)
4. Repair or replacement of backflow preventors systems
5. Ability to successfully solder copper plumbing lines.
6. Assis other skilled tradesmen as needed.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Required Qualifications:

Education : High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area.
Experience General : 5 years related experience and/or training.
