Job Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer with Trihydro Corporation, your primary responsibility will be to support the electrical aspects of various engineering projects. You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components to ensure their efficiency and reliability. Your role will also require you to collaborate with other engineers and professionals to integrate electrical solutions into broader project frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to integrate electrical solutions into broader project frameworks.
  • Ensure the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Apply current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Engineering in Training (EIT) status and the ability to obtain their professional engineering (PE) license within 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing low voltage electrical systems and components.
  • Experience with CAD software is not required, but preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards (NEC, NPFA, and energy codes), regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and a clean driving record.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $70,000- $90,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
