Carpenter - Punch Out - Finishers - Must Have Counter Top Experience

CARPENTER - PUNCH OUT - FINISHERS - MUST HAVE COUNTER TOP EXPERIENCE

Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire Punch Out Carpenters for the St Pete.

Primary Responsibilities:

Must be able to have the skill of buffing out, removing scratch marks from existing Counter Tops.
Assist the Superintendent with closing out projects, warranty work and developing small work projects.
Effectively schedule and complete work in a timely manner.
Facilitate and help complete projects on new construction and also perform any warranty and service calls necessary.
Facilitate completion of projects by joining the team towards the end of the project schedule.
Help with final punch out including, but not limited to, hardware install, accessories install;, spackling or paint touch ups, straightening and organizing, counter top maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner.
Must report to the Superintendent and be responsible for managing any Punch Out Technicians on the team if necessary.
Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (Hard Hat, Boots, Jeans, Safety vest or shirt, Safety Glasses, Gloves) and reliable transportation to get back and fourth to work.
Must have at least 2 years of Punch Out as well as experience with counter top maintenance.
