Note: The hourly rate for this position is $65.45 - $65.45 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday through Friday day shift Weekend work potentially available
- Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework
- Build metal, wood framing, and roof truss components
- Maintain, construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Perform residential and commercial projects
- Complete Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures
- Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work. Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Always follow safety practices
Qualifications:
- Valid RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS for Employment in the US
- 5+ plus years of Finish/Rough commercial/residential carpentry experience
- Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite
