Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling & Coordination (Primary Focus):
Set up and maintain detailed project schedules from start to finish
Coordinate timelines with general contractors, shop teams, subcontractors, installers, and logistics
Monitor all scheduled activities to ensure alignment with project deadlines
Resolve scheduling conflicts and avoid overbooking of resources
Installation & Shop Coordination:
Determine installation needs and budgets
Hire and schedule installation teams based on project scope
Maintain shop schedules and ensure fabrication aligns with delivery timelines
Procurement & Support Oversight:
Coordinate material and hardware purchasing with the scheduling/purchasing assistant
Delegate tasks such as quote gathering, PO creation, and vendor communication
Use assistants for project organization (filing, scanning, labeling, etc.)
Professionalism & Team Collaboration:
Arrive prepared and on time; work full shifts and required overtime
Maintain a professional appearance and proactive attitude
Troubleshoot and problem-solve independently and collaboratively
Qualifications:
Strong experience in project scheduling is essential
Background in construction or custom fabrication is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in project management tools/software
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
