About the Role:
As a Solar Installer, you'll work with a skilled crew to install residential and commercial solar systems across the Bay Area. This includes panel installation, racking, wiring, and ensuring top-notch system performance. No two rooftops are the sameso were looking for problem-solvers with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

What Youll Do:
Install solar PV systems safely and efficiently (residential and commercial)

Assemble and secure racking systems, mount solar panels

Perform electrical wiring and conduit runs (under supervision or licensed lead)

Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

Communicate with team leads and project managers to complete jobs on schedule

What Youll Need:
Prior experience in solar installation, roofing, or construction (preferred)

Comfortable with heights and working outdoors

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftops

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel locally to job sites in the Bay Area
