Electrician

A. Lindberg & Sons Inc. seeks to fill a full-time opening for an Electrician in Aggregate Crushing Operations, Civil Construction, and Earthwork Projects.Duties and Responsibilities: Installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC's, HMI interfaces, motors, drives, and other electrical components. Test and repair of various electrical equipment. Assist in facility startup and new equipment installations. Involvement in the planning and execution of new wiring installations or upgrades. Work with facility staff and mechanical department to create more operator friendly and robust systems. Communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn, follow, and promote all company safety policies as well as OSHA, MIOSHA, and MSHA regulations. Work as part of a team. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite, trailer, equipment, etc. Other duties as assignedQualifications: Valid driver's license High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems is required. Must be familiar with and understand National Electric Code standards. Willingness to learn new processes and ability to teach facility personnel. Ability to work long hours performing repetitive movements. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of 40+ pounds etc.) Must be willing to travel and work at various jobsites throughout Marquette and surrounding counties. Ability to work in all environmental conditions for 10 or more hours a day.
