Overhead Crane Operator

Location: Great Falls, MontanaWage: $23.62 - $26.43 per hourNight Shift: 4:30 pm - 3 am M-ThA nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pmOverview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking an Overhead Crane Operator for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. Overhead Crane Operators will use the traveling overhead crane to manipulate material.What We Offer:Competitive Wage $23.62 - $26.43 per hourPension Plan100% Employer Paid Insurance Premium Options for medical and dentalEmployer Paid Protective EquipmentEight (8) paid holidaysPaid Time OffAttendance IncentiveGeneral Expectations and Responsibilities:Follow ADF safety procedures and practices.Utilize the overhead crane to manipulate materials.Inspect cranes daily and report any concerns to the Foreman or safety department.Stap and secure loads to trailers properly.Excellent situational and hazard awareness.Understands the capabilities and limits of the cranes.Able to plan and manage time effectively.Utilize the proper rigging for the task at hand.Excellent communication skills.Basic mathematic skills and mechanical knowledge.Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Any other duties assigned. Strong mechanical aptitude.All other related tasks and duties.Education, Training, or Work Experience:High School Diploma or High School EquivalencyPrevious experience with crane operation.Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time.Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time.Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.Must be able to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools.Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, pull, or carry up to 75lbs.Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.).Able to ascend/descend on ladders as needed.Why Join Us:Work with a supportive and dynamic teamContribute to exciting and diverse projectsEnjoy a positive work culture
