Familiar with JCAHO, OSHA, NFPA (fireprotection) regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to compliancefor a Healthcare Environment.Additional InformationDepartment Name: NOC Facilities AdminJob Status: Full time, 40 hours per weekShift: 7am to 3:30pm including an on call rotation with South CampusQualificationsEDUCATION - High school diploma or GED.EXPERIENCE - Three years performing skilled or semi-skilled maintenance workin a healthcare, commercial or industrial setting.EQUIVALENCY - NoneLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S) - This position may require maintaining aclear motor vehicle record (MVR). When required, this is an essentialrequirement of the position and lack of adherence may impact employment.ResponsibilitiesPOPULATION SPECIFIC CARE*No direct patient care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAn employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of thefollowing essential functions.
