Some things you can expect to do:
Develop and build relationships with potential clients and current customers.
Make effective and convincing formal sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
Responsibly delegate work to others while prioritizing and balancing big picture and immediate responsibilities.
Display leadership skills and assure your team is carrying out work promptly and effectively.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Ryan business model and promote innovation within Ryan.
Collaborate with other leads to balance workload between sectors and divisions.
Resolve conflicts with win-win solutions.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 15+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
You will also have a proven track record managing Project Management teams successfully
Willing to travel for projects.

Understand local construction markets and have advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control and material pricing.
Lead by example, display honesty, integrity, and good judgment while maintaining high standards.

Eligibility:
Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:
The annual base pay is $142,800 - $214,200 . The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
