Interior Design Architect - 77002

Only candidates with unrestricted U.S. work authorization will be considered.Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or similar.10+ years of experience in interior design / architecture-related projects, multifamily, townhome, and/or pre-cast concrete building experience is a plus.Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).Previous experience in interior architectural design, project management, and/or construction oversight.Knowledge of the latest trends in Class A apartment design is strongly preferred.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including experience coordinating with external firms or stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with world-class firms and internal teams seamlessly.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines.Familiarity with sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, and emerging interior design/architecture trends is a plus.Workweek: Day shifts.**Background Requirements:**Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
